The Game travaille activement sur son quatrième album studio, portant le nom pour le moment de The R.E.D Album. De nombreux producteurs et artistes sont déjà annoncés comme Polow Da Don, Timbaland, Kanye West, Rick Ross, Snoop Dogg… La commercialisation est initialement prévue pour cet hiver. Alors histoire de commencer à prendre la température du prochain opus du natif de Compton, j'ai repéré quelques vidéos de sessions live.

J'ai découvert le channel Youtube de RT l'année dernière avec ce son très soul. Même si il est toujours aussi bon, cette vidéo reste l'une de mes préférées car la vibe est vraiment différente de ce qui peut se faire en ce moment.

Ryan a toujours eut la passion de la musique et a commencé à jouer de la batterie à l’âge de 4 ans. A l’âge de 7 ans, il jouait pour son père à l’église. Peu après, il commença à jouer au piano en retrouvant pratiquement tout à l’oreille.

Sa passion pour la production et le beatmaking sont arrivés lorsqu’il est entré en Junior High. A tout juste 19 ans, il a le talent et le potentiel pour devenir un des plus grands beatmaker/songwriter de sa génération.

Ryan has always had a passion for music and began playing drums when he was four years old. By the age of seven, he was playing for his fathers church services. Soon after, he began playing the piano picking up practically anything he heard by ear.

His passion for production and beatmaking came about when he entered Junior High. Just at the young age of 19, he has the raw talent and potential to become one of the top producer/songwriters of his generation

BIOGRAPHIE

Cest sur les bancs de la reputée fac de la Sorbonne que Kilroy, Killa Daz, Desmon, et Young Pulse se rencontrent pour la premiere fois et decident ensemble de monter le mouvement So Fresh. Jusqu alors admirateurs des rappeurs influents du sud des Etats-Unis, ils decident de former leur groupe, afin de montrer a quiconque leur style et leur rap chantant sur des sonorites dirty south .

Tel un ovni dans le paysage du rap francais, leur but est d affirmer leur style de rap dans les oreilles, les boomers, et les ondes radios hexagonales. Avec un rap festif, tranchant, tantot denonciateur, tantot ambianceur, l eclectisme est le terme qui convient le mieux pour definir leur genre musical.

Leur objectif : devenir le pont entre le rap US et le rap francais. Car loin de se contenter d imiter leur pairs d Outre-Atlantique, les membres du So Fresh Squad font de l innovation leur principal cheval de bataille, grace a leurs textes, mais egalement grace au son puissant que met a leur disposition Young Pulse, leur architecte musical. So Fresh Squad, c est en quelque sorte l Entertainment US mixe a l effort lexical frenchy.

Leurs ambitions : "On travaille chaque jour notre style, afin qu'un plus grand nombre puisse le comprendre et le plebisciter. On peaufine notre formule secrete, en quelque sorte. Nous sommes sans cesse a la recherche de collaborations musicales, car nous considrons faire partie integrante du rap francais, meme si notre approche vis-a-vis de lui differe de ce qui se fait et de ce qu'on a l'habitude d'entendre.

It is throughout the prestigious Paris Sorbonne University that Kilroy, Killa Daz, Desmon and Dj Pulse met for the first time and decided to set up a brandnew concept and crew together: here comes the So Fresh Squad!

Equally rooted in American R&B and HipHop culture, those talented urban artists have been influenced by big South American rappers and created their own band in order to make anyone feels their crazy flow on dirty south tones.

They quietly emerged from their space to settle down in the wild French rap world but their aim is to carry out and let their style being recognize and also stick in minds, boomers and French radios.So Fresh Squad has a vibe that has been missing for way too long, with rap-stirring music and lyrics that anyone who has loved can relate to.

They are ready to re-shape French rap with songs in which they get personal about their emotions, money situations, their own perspectives. There are no limitations to what they can say or do. Besides, Young pulse skills and compositions gives So Fresh sensational rythming abilities this Xal taste we were expecting for years!

The crew became an underground sensation within the metropolitan capital thanks to its several representations which have been nothing but success ever since.

Their charismatic freestyle is kind of US Entertainment mix with a lyrical French Touch.

We improve our style everyday to touch a greater audience and make people get and like it. We are always looking for some brandnew collaborations 'cause we think we are an integral part of the French rap music, even though our flows toward it differ from what we are used to listen on French broadcasts".

Voilà un beatmaker français (Paris) que j'ai découvert sur Youtube il y a peu : JO A. Cette vidéo montre bien l'art du beatmaking et en plus ce mec est vraiment très inspiré, j'aime beaucoup ce qu'il fait. Il possède 2 keyboards pour tafer. Le premier, en haut, est un Edirol PCR 500, soit un modèle très proche de celui que je possède, le Edirol PCR 300. Le second lui a été offert par une maison de disque, SONY ATV, avec laquelle il a obtenu un deal.

He owns 2 keyboards, the dark one is a Edirol PCR 500, a better model than the mine (Edirol PCR 300). The second one was given to him by the label record SONY ATV.
